Concessions only apply to 12 or 14 month leases and concession (Base Rent Only). Move-in by July 15, 2026 and 1-Month Free Rent applied to August 2026 Rent. Concessions provided under the lease are expressly conditioned on Resident remaining in full compliance with the Lease Contract, including timely payment of all rent, utilities, fees, charges, and any other amounts owed. If Resident owes any outstanding balance at any time during the Lease term, including but not limited to unpaid rent, utilities, late fees, damage charges, or other amounts due under the Lease Contract, all future concessions immediately terminate and are forfeited without further notice from Owner. Upon termination or forfeiture of the concession, the full market rent stated in the Lease Contract shall automatically apply for all future months during the lease term, regardless of the concession schedule originally offered. Acceptance of rent or any partial payments after a default does not reinstate any concession, nor does it waive Owner’s right to enforce this Addendum. Please see lease for all terms and conditions.
